Panjiri is a very good for health, have full of high calorie high protein sweet dish. Its made from semolina, jaggery, ghee, heavily laced with dried fruits & herbal gums.

INGRDIENTS:

* Pure Organic Ghee (1 & 1/2 cup)
* Semolina (1/2 kg)
* Puffed Lotus Seeds (2 cups)
* Edible Gum Crystals (1/2 cup)
* Cashew Nuts (3/4 cup)
* Almonds (1 cup)
* Pistachio (1/2 cup)
* Raisins (1/2 cup)
* Dried Melon Seeds (1/2 cup)
* Desiccated Coconut (1/2 cup)
* Cardamom Powder (1 tsp)
* Powder Sugar (1 cup)


METHOD:


1.Take Pure ogranic ghee add Puffed Lotus Seeds fry until light golden, with low flame then come out from pan and put in a bowl.

2.Take Pure ogranic ghee add Edible Gum Crystals fry until double in size, with low flame then come out from pan and put in a bowl.

3.Take Pure ogranic ghee add Cashew Nuts fry until light golden, with low flame then come out from pan and put in a bowl.

4.Take Pure ogranic ghee add Almonds fry 1-2 mins, with low flame then come out from pan and put in a bowl.

5.Take Pure ogranic ghee add Pistachio fry 1-2 mins, with low flame then come out from pan and put in a bowl.

6.let it cool all nuts then Coarsely Choped.

7.Take Pure ogranic ghee add samolina and green cardamom powder mix well and continiously stiring, fry until light golden colour with low flame then seperate in bowl.

8.Take Pure ogranic ghee add raisins fry until doule in size and seperate.

9.Take Pure ogranic ghee add dried melon seeds fry 1-2 mins seperate in a bowl.

10.Take a big vessel add fried samolina and powder sugar mix well then add fried raisins, dried melon seeds, dessicated coconut and coarsly crushed nuts mix well combine.

11..Panjeeri is Ready to serve.



Note: panjeeri keep in air tight container, preserve for 2 months.
